To cancel your membership, contact us using the information below or fill out the form on this page.

Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used when you signed up

IMPORTANT: You must cancel before your trial period ends to avoid being charged the full monthly, or quarterly or half-yearly or annual fee amount based on the membership plan you signed up for. Your trial period is 10 days from the date you originally signed up.

Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is complete.
