MyDentalSavings (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information relating to your participation in the MyDentalSavings discount dental program.

We may collect personal information when you enroll in the program or contact us for service, including:

  • Name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number
  • Payment and billing information
  • Information required to administer your membership
  • Communications you send to us
  • Call recordings made during enrollment or customer-service interactions for quality and compliance purposes

We do not collect information through online forms for enrollment, and we do not collect personal information from website visitors except what is voluntarily submitted (e.g., through “Contact Us”).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Process membership enrollment and billing
  • Send Welcome Letters, renewal notices, and membership materials
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Administer program benefits and eligibility
  • Maintain legal, regulatory, and record-keeping requirements
  • Investigate and resolve complaints or service issues

We do not sell or rent personal information for marketing purposes.

3. Information Sharing

We may share personal information only as necessary with:

  • Gallagher Affinity Insurance Services, Inc., the DPO, for benefit access, provider-network management, and regulatory compliance
  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., payment processors, mail carriers, customer-service vendors)
  • Government agencies or regulators when required by law

Any third parties receiving information are required to protect it and use it only for authorized purposes.

4. Call Recording

Enrollment and certain customer-service calls may be recorded for quality assurance, verification, and legal compliance. Recordings are stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 5–7 years) before secure deletion.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Payment information is processed using secure, PCI-compliant systems.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information:

  • While your membership remains active, and
  • For the minimum period required by law after cancellation, to comply with regulatory and record-keeping obligations

After retention periods expire, information is securely deleted.
