Trial Charge

The trial charge of $3.78 is non-refundable once the trial period has started and you have been given access to the membership.

Subscription Charges

Based on the membership savings plan type you enrolled for, your Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annual charges that have already been processed are non-refundable. To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your account and correct any errors.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at help@mydentalsavings.com with your name, email address, order details, and the reason for your request. We will attempt to respond within 3 business days.
